Gold Coast scored the only points of the second half to beat the Vodafone Warriors their opening match of the NRL season against in Robina today (Sunday).

The Vodafone Warriors led 18-12 at halftime but the Titans responded in the second half with tries to winger David Mead and fullback Preston Campbell to take the contest.
Earlier wingers Manu Vatuvei and Kevin Locke scored three tries between them, Brett Seymour converting the lot, to earn a six-point halftime lead.
Vatuvei had two of the tries, one off a perfect James Maloney kick, while Locke collected a Brett Seymour bomb for his touchdown.
Seymour was on target with all three conversions as the Vodafone Warriors had an 18-6 lead with halftime in sight.
However, after conceding a penalty late in the half, the Vodafone Warriors were unable to stop the Titans laying on a try for Anthony Laffranchi, enabling the home side to trail just 12-18 at the break.
Earlier a flat ball gave centre Joseph Tomane as easy try in his first NRL appearance for Gold Coast.
